The short answer

We are based in Atlanta, and the Atlanta page covers the Fulton, DeKalb, Cobb and Gwinnett courts. We also fund cases in Savannah, Augusta, Columbus, Macon and smaller cities across the state.
The process is the same everywhere: you apply, and we review the case with your attorney.
What Georgia's 2026 law requires
Georgia's Senate Bill 69 took effect on January 1, 2026. Every lawsuit funder must now register with the Department of Banking and Finance, and every contract must carry the same consumer disclosures.
- Five business days to cancel, with no penalty, by returning the funds.
- The funder's payment can never exceed your share of the recovery after attorney fees and costs.
- No referral fees to attorneys or anyone else, and no false or misleading ads.
- The funder has no say in your case, your lawyer or your settlement.
