How it works
Funding now.
Paid only from your recovery.
Pre-settlement funding follows four steps: apply, get reviewed, receive an offer, then sign and get funded.
Apply for funding
The four steps
Apply
Share your state, case type, name and contact information online, or call us.
Review
We confirm the case is open and represented, review the claim, and ask your attorney to acknowledge the funding before it is issued.
Offer
You get a written offer that states the funded amount, charges, payoff terms and any state-required cancellation right before you sign.
Sign and fund
You sign one contract. Funds go to you, not to your attorney and not to a provider.
Non-recourse in most states
Product names and legal treatment vary. In South Carolina, this product is offered as a supervised consumer loan.
No recovery means nothing owed under a non-recourse agreement.
If your case produces a recovery, the amount due is paid from those proceeds as stated in the written agreement.
Who qualifies
You need an open personal injury case and an attorney working on it. Our review focuses on the claim and attorney confirmation. Most of what we fund is car accidents. We also fund the case types below and other personal injury claims. Review our eligibility questions for more detail.
What happens when your case resolves
Your attorney handles the payoff from recovery proceeds according to the written agreement and applicable law. See the repayment questions for common scenarios.
