What we tell you before you sign

Product treatment varies by state. In South Carolina, it is offered as a supervised consumer loan.

For non-recourse funding, if your case recovers nothing, you owe Cherokee nothing.

Your written agreement states the amount funded, charges and payoff terms before you sign.

Your attorney confirms your case and acknowledges the funding before money is issued.

Your written agreement explains any cancellation right that applies to your transaction and how to exercise it.
